The accused in the case at bar pleaded guilty to several specifications alleging violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The situs of the crimes was Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for five years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the grade of airman recruit.
