This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment, filed on August 14,1998.

The following facts, as set forth in supporting affidavits and depositions on file, are presented in the light most favorable to the non-moving party. Plaintiffs are unsophisticated consumers with limited education. Mr. Hager has an eighth grade education and is unable to read or write.
