This matter is before the court upon three motions: (1) a Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Golden West Financial Corporation (“Golden West”) and Wachovia Corporation (“Wachovia”); (2) a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Defendant World Savings Bank, FSB (“WSB” or “World”); and (3) a Cross-Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Plaintiffs Bonnie Mincey, Stephanie O’Rourke, and Tina Singer (“Plaintiffs”).
