On June 19, 2007, judgment was entered for plaintiff in this Winstar-related ease in the amount of $85,459,000 as a result of defendant’s breach of a Financing Agreement (“Financing Agreement”) executed by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (“FSLIC”) and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Rochester (“First Federal” or “plaintiff’).
