This appeal is by Brangon, from an order of the Probate Court, removing him from the guardianship of the estate of *84Christopher Meclbury, an insane person, and appointing one Porter as guardian. The order directs Porter to immediately take possession of the estate, and that Brangon, without delay, deliver all the property to him.
