On report from the Supreme Court of Probate for the County of Cumberland. One Ralph S. Small, alleged to be a person mentally ill, was committed to the Augusta State Hospital for observation and treatment under the provisions of Sections 104 and 105 of the Revised Statutes as enacted by Section 5 of Chapter 374 of the Public Laws of 1951. Within the time limited therefor by Section 105, the Superintendent of the Augusta State Hospital, Dr. Francis H. Sleeper, petitioned the Judge of the Probate Court in the County of Cumberland, from which county said Small had been admitted to the hospital,…
