HOWARD, Judge.

This is another chapter in the seemingly endless stream of cases resulting from the asbestos contamination of the Mountain View Mobile Home Subdivision located on the outskirts of Globe, Arizona. 1 This appeal is taken from the granting of a sum mary judgment in favor of the appellees. The defendants named in the various complaints include the owners and developers of Mountain View Mobile Home Estates, individual corporations owning interest in asbestos milling operations which adjoined the Mountain View Mobile Home Estates, Gila County and the Pinal-Gila County Air…
