ALPERT, Judge.

Oft times members of both the bench and bar are criticized for failing to distinguish the forest from the trees. In this case, however, the controversy arises from an attempt to separate the trees from the forest. On appeal, a veritable smorgasbord of issues are presented, including questions on parol evidence, conversion, effect of notice of prior interest in property, and attorney’s fees.
