Mrs. E. P. Sayres, appellee, sued the Street-Whittington Company, appellant, upon a breach of a rental contract, for damages in the sum of $580. The trial court instructed a verdict for the appellee in the sum of $580. The appellee alleged that she and appellant entered into a written rental contract on the 12th day of May, 1913, for a certain store building, for the term of eight months, beginning May 1, 1913, and continuing up to January 1, 1914; that it was agreed thereby that appellant should pay $100 per month during the term, and under such contract appellant took possession of and used…
