This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of GTE Southwest Incorporated d/b/a Verizon Southwest (Verizon) in a dispute involving the proper construction of provisions in an industry-standard agreement between Verizon and Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Tri-County) governing the joint use of each other’s utility poles.
