Plaintiffs Eli Research, Inc. (“Eli”) and Idapat Corporation (“Idapat”) filed this action against Defendants United Communications Group, L.P. (“UCG”), Henry Sporn, Alison Knopf, Elizabeth Heath, and Elizabeth Glaser (collectively, “the Editors”).
