Before the court is the motion of Plaintiff Philips Electronics North America Corporation (“Philips”) to preliminarily enjoin its former employee, Defendant Jason Hope (“Hope”), from competing with it and from using or disclosing alleged confidential and proprietary information, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a).
