This action was brought by plaintiff, E. F. Crowl, against the defendants, F. J. Pierce and R. H. Clarkson, partners dba under the name of Federal Building & Material Company, to recover damages for the defective insulation of plaintiff’s house. The trial court overruled defendants’ demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence, and motion for an instructed verdict at the close of all the evidence, and submitted the case to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff. From the judgment rendered on the verdict, defendants appeal.
