This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss of the Individual Defendants who are members of the Ohio Elections Commission. (Doc. # 13). This action was brought by Plaintiffs, the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America (“Chamber of Commerce”) and an anonymous individual (“John Doe”) seeking expedited declaratory relief against Defendants the Ohio Elections Commission (the “Elections Commission”) and the members of the Elections Commission.
