This matter is before the Court for consideration of the Plaintiffs’ combined Application for Temporary Restraining Order and Motion for Preliminary Injunction 1 seeking to allow Ralph Nader and Peter Miguel Camejo to be placed on Ohio’s general election ballot this November as candidates for President and Vice President, respectively, of the United States of America.
