Marjorie Evans, an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dan-bury, Connecticut, has petitioned the court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. In principal, she seeks— not release from custody — but an order, directing the warden to consider her for transfer to a Community Corrections Center (“CCC”), and enjoining the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) from applying 28 C.F.R. § 570.20-.21.
