United States, 436 F.3d 1330 (Fed.Cir.2006) (“Royal Thai II”), the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (the “Federal Circuit”) remanded this case for further proceedings following that court’s reversal-in-part of Royal Thai Government v.
