The executors of the will of Federick C. Hotaling petitioned the probate court for partial distribution, for an interpretation of the ninth paragraph of the will, and for instructions. The appeal is taken by the testamentary trustees, and by the trust beneficiaries, Marie Gildroy Gray and Alexander Gildroy, the chief beneficiaries under the will. The executors stated at the time of trial that their position was neutral, and they did not actively participate in the trial, nor have they appealed.
