This is an appeal from a decree determining certain devised interests in an estate. The last will and testament of Anna Docherty, whose surname by a former marriage was Sandersfeld, devised and bequeathed to her husband a life estate in her “home, situated at 8942 Crescent Ave., Anaheim, California,” together with “all furniture and furnishings situated in said home” and also a life estate in the income from a contract of sale; devised and bequeathed to her daughter Florence McIntyre the remainderman’s interest in her “home,” furniture and furnishings, a one-third remainderman’s interest in…
