This is the same case which will be found in the reports of this court as Dwyer v. Redmond, 100 Conn. 393, 124 Atl. 7. The plaintiff brought the action to recover the balance due upon the price of a used automobile truck which he had sold the defendant, and the defendant filed a counterclaim in which he alleged that he had been induced to make the purchase by fraudulent representations made to him by the plaintiff.
