MEMORANDUM

MOTZ, District Judge.

Hartford Casualty Insurance Company (“Hartford”) brings suit against Chase Ti- tie, Inc. (“Chase”). Hartford seeks a declaratory judgment stating that an insurance policy it issued to Chase does not cover allegations against Chase in a class action suit filed in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. Both parties have moved for summary judgment. For the reasons detailed below, I will grant Chase’s motion for summary judgment. 1
