Petitioner, Westmoreland Central School District, seeks review and annulment, under section 298 of the Executive Law, of a determination by respondent State Human Rights Appeal Board (Board) which modified and, as modified, affirmed a determination by respondent State Division of Human Rights (Division) finding that petitioner had discriminated against complainant Rita Mossier because of her sex.
