This matter is now before the court on the motion of plaintiff Roger Strasheim for preliminary injunctive relief, pursuant to Section 105(b)(2) of the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (“PMPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 2805(b)(2). Strasheim requests that the court order defendant Amoco Oil Co. (“Amoco”) to continue its franchise relationship with Strasheim under the terms of *689the parties’ August 19, 1981 franchise agreement until further order of this court.
