The Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor filed a bill to enjoin alleged violations of Sections 15(a) (2), 15(a) (5) and 11(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S. C.A. §§ 215(a) (2,5) and 211(c), against Mutual Wholesale Food & Supply Co., C. Thomas Stores Sales System (name changed to C. Thomas Stores, Inc.), Merchandise Terminal Warehouse, Lawrence Warehouse Co., and Bailey Food Merchandising Co., all of which were corporations.
