Motion by the plaintiff to dismiss the defendants' appeal for failure to file papers on time and post a bond with surety as required by General Statutes § 52-542. Motion granted. This summary process action is before us for the third time. Originally this court vacated the dismissal by the trial court of the instant appeal by the defendants, holding that such action was beyond the jurisdiction of the trial court.
