The defendants in error filed suit against the plaintiffs in error and others, to recover judgment for attorneys’ fees. For 'Convenience, the parties will be designated as plaintiffs and defendants as they appeared in the trial court. The plaintiffs filed their action in the superior court of Seminole county against the defendants J. L. Mainard, M. F. Mainard, Jr., J. A. Ligón, E. C. Aldridge, Mabel Garner, O.
