The appellant, R. C. Crisp, brought this suit in replevin to recover four horses and two mules from the sheriff of Nowata county, who held the same under an execution against J. W.,. Susie, A., W. L., J. S., and Elizabeth Crisp. The plaintiff claims to be the absolute owner of said property under an alleged purchase of a portion thereof from his father, and the rest from his brother, two of the judgment defendants.
