This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff upon a jury verdict in the district court of Stephens county, in an action brought to recover damages alleged to have resulted from negligence on the part of defendant.
Plaintiff’s petition stated four causes of action for damages resulting from a collision between plaintiff’s automobile and defendant’s truck: (1) damages to plaintiff’s automobile of $250; (2) damages of $350 for loss of earnings resulting from injuries received; (3) medical expenses of $50; (4) damages for pain and suffering in the amount of $500.
