Plaintiffs Franklin S. Brown (“Mr. Brown”) and Karen C. Brown (“Mrs. Brown” and collectively with Mr. Brown, the “Browns”) have filed the present lawsuit against the law firm of Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber (“NQGRG”), individual attorneys Isaac M. Neuberger and Michael L.
