In this contract case, Baltimore Scrap Corporation ("Baltimore Scrap"), a scrap metal recycling business, has filed suit against Executive Risk Specialty Insurance Company ("Executive Risk") and RLI Insurance Company ("RLI"), alleging that defendants wrongfully denied insurance coverage "for a series of thefts that occurred at one of its scrap yards."
