MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, Senior District Judge.
The case comes before the court on a number of pending motions, including the parties’ motions for judgment as a matter of law (“JMAL”). At the close of the defendants’ ease, the parties filed their respective JMAL motions. (Dks. 904, 905, 906, 907, 908, 909, 911 and 913). The parties argued the JMAL motions in chambers on Thursday, June 10, 1998, and the court took the motions under advisement. The court submitted all claims to the jury on June 17, 1998.
