Chief Judge BAKER delivered the opinion of the Court.
Contrary to his pleas, a military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted Appellant of offenses including aggravated assault, in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 928 (2012). He was sentenced to confinement for eight years, a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
