Appellant and Cross-Appellee (Appellant) was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members. Contrary to his pleas he was convicted of three specifications of maltreatment, rape, two specifications of adultery, indecent assault, indecent acts, and solicitation to commit adultery, in violation of Articles 93, 120 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 893, 920, 934 (2000).
