ORDER
NORTON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs motion for remand and defendants’ motion to transfer venue.
BACKGROUND
On September 27, 1991, plaintiff Thomas Bennett, Jr., brought this action against defendants Bally Manufacturing Corporation (“Bally”), Roger N. Keesee and Paul J.
