This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion for change of venue.

I. BACKGROUND

This is a patent infringement case brought by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation (hereinafter “Fairchild”), a Delaware corporation, 1 against Nintendo of America, Inc. (hereinafter individually “NOA”) and Nintendo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter individually “NCL”), (hereinafter collectively “Nintendo”).
