This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Multnomah County ordering the cancellation of an order of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, hereinafter termed the Commission, suspending a restaurant liquor license therefore granted to Joseph and Croce Casciato. The reason assigned by the Commission for such suspension was that the licensees violated the provisions of the Oregon Liquor Control Act and the regulations of the Commission pursuant thereto by furnishing or serving alcoholic liquor, to-wit: beer, to persons under 21 years of age and by allowing minors to loiter on the…
