Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Mathews, J.), rendered February 17, 1998, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of conspiracy in the second degree.
Defendant appeals from his conviction and sentence, after trial, of conspiracy in the second degree for which he was sentenced, as a second felony offender, to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 12 V2 to 25 years.
