Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Breslin, J.), rendered April 11, 2012 in Albany County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of conspiracy in the second degree.
Numerous individuals were charged in a 12-count indictment with offenses stemming from their purported participation in a narcotics distribution ring. The sole count pertaining to defendant alleged that he and 14 others committed the crime of conspiracy in the second degree.
