Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Catena, J.), rendered September 15, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (six counts), endangering the welfare of a child (eight counts) and sodomy in the first degree.
