Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund has filed this securities case against MetLife, Inc., individual MetLife officers and directors, and Met-Life’s underwriters, purportedly on behalf of “all persons who purchased or acquired MetLife common stock [between February 2, 2010 and October 6, 2011] pursuant or traceable to the Company’s August 3, 2010 public offering of 75 million shares of its common stock and MetLife’s March 4, 2011 public offering of 68.5 million shares of its common stock, respectively (the ‘Offerings’).”…
