De GIULIO, Senior Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas, appellant was found guilty by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of two specifications of obstructing justice, wrongfully leaving the scene of an accident, three specifications of aggravated assault, and wrongful damage to private property. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for five years, total forfeitures, and reduction to Private E-l.
