OPINION OF THE COURT

De GIULIO, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members for housebreaking, adultery and indecent assault in violation of Articles 130 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 930 and 934. He was found guilty of housebreaking and indecent assault. No finding was entered by the court to the specification alleging adultery. Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for four years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and reduction to Private E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence.
