0/ The plaintiff in error, the First National Bank of Hobart, commenced this action in the trial court, to recover judgment for the amount of a promissory note for $463, dated July 1, 1910, payable to its order on July 1, 1911, bearing interest from maturity at the rate of 1Ó per cent, per annum, and providing for the payment of attorney’s fees in addition to the principal and interest in ease of suit to collect the same, and signed by Robert L.
