GLASGOW, Judge:

This is a companion case to United States v. Kuzel, No. 76 1711 (N.C.M.R. 8 August 1976), pet. den., 2 M.J. 157 (1976).

Consonant with his plea, the appellant was found guilty of attempt to sell government property, attempt to escape from confinement, conspiracy to rob, resisting apprehension and robbery, in violation of Articles 80, 81, 95 and 122, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 881, 895, 922, and sentenced by military judge, sitting alone as a general court-martial, to a bad conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four years, total forfeitures and reduction to pay grade E-l.…
