BAUM, Judge:

Appellant was convicted by special court-martial, judge alone, of five specifications of unauthorized absence, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 886. He was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 75 days and forfeiture of $100 per month for three months, all of which has been approved on review below.
