MEMORANDUM OPINION

REGGIE B. WALTON, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Bridgett Tucker (“Tucker”) and Elizabeth Onyilofor (“Onyilofor”), bring this action against the defendant, Howard University Hospital (“Howard”), alleging that they were sexually harassed in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (2006), and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code § 2-1401.01 (2007).
