This was an action commenced in the district court of Okfuskee county on the 25th day of May, 1917, by Duard 0. Douglas, a minor, by E. Huser, his guardian, as plaintiff, against Harry Douglas; W. H. Dill, and the Southwestern Surety Insurance Company, as defendants, to recover against Harry Douglas, as principal, and the other defendants, as sureties, under separate guardianship bonds executed by them.
