Plaintiff has moved for an award of $11,953.06 in attorneys’ fees and other ex*179penses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (docket entry 22, Apr. 28, 2010) (“Pl.’s Mot.”). For the reasons stated below, plaintiffs motion is GRANTED.
