This is a military pay case in which plaintiff, Timothy J. Hatmaker, seeks review of the decision of a physical disability board of review. Mr. Hatmaker was separated from the United States Air Force in September 2007 after an Informal Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) found him medically unfit.
