Addressed to this court’s original jurisdiction is a petition for review 1 filed, pro se, by Ramon Rosario against Jeffrey A. Beard, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (Department), and Gerald Rozum, Superintendent of the State Correctional Institution at Somerset (SCI-Somerset) (collectively Respondents). Rosario seeks to require Respondents to cease taking money out of his inmate account and to hold a hearing regarding how much money he can pay, if any, toward his child support obligation.
